GOOD NEWS FOR SAWLEY

Some very good news - thank you to Cllr Harry Atkinson for submitting the successful bid.
Sawley Park will get CCTV
In January, Sawley Cllr Harry Atkinson submitted a joint grant application to the Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner for CCTV on Sawley Park.
The joint bid put in by Harry, was on behalf of Sawley Parish Council and supported by Erewash Borough Council, Friends of Sawley Park, the Co-op and local police. Sawley's been successfully in the application and has received a grant of £5000 for the installation of CCTV A massive thanks goes out to the hundreds of residents that signed the petition which helped persuade Derbyshire's PCC to agree to the application.
